To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Item(s) must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) must be provided

Returns must be requested within 7 days from the delivery date

For hygiene reasons, used or opened products are strictly non-returnable

Items purchased during clearance or promotional campaigns

Free gifts, samples, or trial-size items

Products damaged due to improper use or handling

Shipping fees are non-refundable

Zeero Skincare reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not meet the conditions
